    <description>&lt;P&gt;The hub doesn't stretch very far around the house. We have just moved back to you from virgin and the internet was great with virgin. Always worked and worked in every room. Not able to get it upstairs and have had to stop and start the services 3 times already as it was that slow. Is there anything you can do to improve it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
