This is a customer to customer forum and not Sky but everyone here does try to help each other get around and issues.

In order to get help, you need to give much more details about your configuration (router style, boosters, broadband type, any upgrades/changes made recently etc.) and whether the problem affects all devices or just one/some etc.

I'm sure if you post enough details someone will try to point you in the right direction.

Alternatively, you need to contact Sky either via phone on online chat. Both involve getting past a bot which can be a challenge but if you can speak to someone they should be able to help you.
