Hi my internet keeps dropping out and is very very slow but even when it's dropped out to the point of not even being able to watch tv I test it on my app and it says everything's fine but clearly it's not

iv tried resetting the router many times turning everything off and on again but it only hold for a short time I upgraded to the fastest broadband going and and ever since over had it it seems worse than the normal one

@Nat251

Do you have a poor signal throughout your home as this is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/improve-the-wi-fi-signal-to-your-devices

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
