Not sure what fixed it but had another go with the app service checker, which said the WiFi was off, it let me enable it but although it still shows both channels off in the app hub settings it's now working. God knows why it went off.

I'm away and the hub WiFi just died on 8 July. I can still connect to wired devices. I've tried using the app to toggle the 2.4 and 5 bands off and on. Tried changing the WiFi PW and said then changing it back to original. Nothing works. Sky don't seem to have any human online chat and I'm not calling long distance. Can't they add a remote reboot to the **bleep** app? My old tplink was so much better. I only use this **bleep** for the land line.

Are you able to do these:

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I'm away and can't check stuff. Tried some of the test you suggested and it says I need to be at home to check the WiFi. It can't see any WiFi connected devices but all the hardwired ones.

What I mean on the last sentence is that all my hardwired stuff is running fine, just WiFi devices are all disconnected.

Maybe the hub cooled down enough for it to start working?
