    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our sky broadband was due to activate on the 7/7/2026 but it said there was an issue. First we were told that the issue was outside our property then we were told it was inside our property and had to be at home for an engineer visit. &amp;nbsp;You took 6 days to send an engineer to our property, my partner works in a job that requires him to be on call, in that time my partner couldn't receive calls as there is no phone signal at our home address, we were relying on the WiFi working on the 7th however he couldn't work due to not receiving the calls from work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;We do not think it's fair to be charged the whole of this months bill due to not being able to use our WiFi for 6 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please get back to me soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tara&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are in the UK then under the Ofcom scheme delayed activation is compensated at £6.46 per day.&lt;/P&gt;
