topic SkyMax Pod in Broadband

Hi

I have got Sky Max, it has solved the problem upstairs in my house but still bad at the rear of the house, I called today to see if Sky could provide an additional pod, but was told an engineer would need to call out, this would mean taking time off work which I don't want to do as I know a pod would resolve the issue as I have tried the pod I have, they said I am entitled to a max of 3 but would need a visit
