You contacted me recently to explain upgrading the local Broadband. I was lead to believe the changes were iminent. Please can you tell me when the Superfast? package becomes fully operational? Currently service is irregular and sporadic!

@PeterV You are not contacting Sky customer service here, the community is mainly a customer to customer support platform, you are also posting in the Sky mobile section and your enquiry has nothing at all to do with Sky mobile., with regards to your enquiry you will have to call Sky to see if they have any information on the timescales for the updated service.

What does this email or letter say as that should explain the process and what if anything you need to do ?
