Slow green flashing light

We have full fibre gigafast max. Connectivity has been really slow on and off for a few months this.
Mid week - no internet, slow green flashing light on Sky Max Hub. Went through all the trouble shooting - still the same.
Spoke to Sky yesterday who sent out a new Sky Max Hub. This arrived about 3 hours ago. Exactly the same - slow green flashing light with no internet.

Any ideas?

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried this. It shows no problems in the area. It does say it can't see my hub.

I've tried switched hub and ONT off and restarting but no difference:-/

In that case all you can do is to call Sky so they can investigate it from their end for you.
