    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have the white box, you can pretty much forget it, shy in their great wisdom made a monumental cockup by not allowing you to switch off 5g for a few minutes to let 2g devices work on wifi6.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;easiest thing to do is get a wireless access point and forget about using sky for wireless stuff. A joke, I know. But the simple option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can then connect your doorbell and then turn 5 GHz back on if necessary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only top-end Ring doorbells utilise WiFi 6. These same doorbells also have dual band (2.4GHz and 5 GHz) capabilities so there should be no need to switch off the 5GHz at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot as has been confirmed today turn the 5g back on. I spent almost 2 hours getting that confirmed today. By all means try, you'll end up resetting your entire network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
