    <description>&lt;P&gt;My router is all lit up with green lights but every device has gone off line and can't connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;nothing is new we have used the same connected items for years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to report it to Sky but can't find out how, I am just going around in circles testing the wifi. Hardwire is ok just nothing is seeing the WiFi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The router was broken. Although all the tests showed it was ok, &amp;nbsp;the new router worked fine &amp;nbsp;so we are back up and running&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
