&lt;P&gt;Typically this happens when the wholesaler Sky are using (Often Openreach) needs to do extra work to get the cabling to your home. Unfortunately these timelines can be flaky&amp;nbsp;so I would recommend you contact&amp;nbsp;Virgin and ask to keep your contract going for now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
