Wi-fi keeps dropping over last 5/6 days. Periods of slow loading, long buffering and complete loss of connection. Today with just 1 TV in use watching a live YouTube stream and 1 mobile device in use for internet searches, devices kept losing connection every 20/30 minutes! All home Alexa devices (on standby not actively in use) also lost connection and frustratingly home cctv devices also disconnected. All of which have simultaneously run smoothly without connection interuptions.

Try this line test:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

This is the service checker I've already ran, just tried again though but still saying everything looks good. Connection to all devices apparently good even though I've had to switch to mobile data to even reply here and tv displaying a huge sky notification telling me ''Your connection has dropped'' 🤦🏻‍♀️

(Ran tests on both Wi-fi and broadband, both reporting back as 'good' and all devices connections as 'good')
