topic Faulty Sky Hub in Broadband

My sky hub keeps dropping the interent connection it reconnects for about 20 minutes then drops for another 10 minutes and this cycle continues, this is happening to me every two weeks, sky diagnostic says my connection is fine but there no white light and no connection, requested a replacement hub from sky well over a month ago, was told I'd get a call back which never happened, this problem is driving me insane, I have tried everything, reset, power cycle, reduce temperature, its not near anything that can interfere so it must be a faulty Hub and customer services have proven to be completely useless.

@Cocheese

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If nothing si found you will need to do as you did before and call them again about this.
