WiFi isn't actually guaranteed*, but if you have the WiFi Max subscription supplement on the account then you can call Sky to claim up to three wireless booster 'pods'.

*The guarantee is of a one month refund and early exit of the additional subscription if 25Mbs cannot be delivered after the pods are in place.

I had this problem but it was never resolved so I moved to sky and got a guaranteed WiFi package. Unfortunately I, my partner and visitors have the same issue with sky. Our streaming freezes a lot, we get kicked from game parties with unstable connection/timing out and WiFi calling doesn't work well (we are in a mobile reception black spot), calls go directly to answerphone, calls drop, a lot of noise on line or I can't get dial tone, texts take hours to come through. Unfortunately basic tests on app says everything is fine, any Ideas hive mind?
