Moving back with Parents Temporarily until Move

Hi,

I am completing on a sale of my property (of which I have Sky Q Streaming and Broadband). Unfortunately, I have not been able to secure a new home and will be moving temporarily back with parents, who have their own seperate set up with a different provider.

Would my only option be:

continue paying for the TV Streaming service (happy to do so)
cancel the broadband part of my contract?

@Ben38 Do you have Sky Q or Sky Stream? there is no Sky Q streaming and you cant have both Sky Q & Stream.

If your parents have no services with Sky then there is no issue moving Stream to that address, you could move your broadband servoe and have it as a 2nd line at the new place rather than replace their existing service, then move it again later.

Are you stil in aminimum term for both services?

Hi,

Apologies! It's just Sky Stream. Getting my Sky TV products mixed up this morning.

So yes, I'm still in minimum term, which was why I was trying to avoid cancelling - avoid those penalty fees.

Thanks for the prompt response but second line seems like a way to go! Then I'll just keep Sky Stream as it is today
