&lt;P&gt;If your line is down you can either wait until Sky's lines open around 8am or use the service checker as once it has updated it can walk you through some tests and then book an engineer if one is required. Note though thst the extended hot weather will be causing quite a lot of issues do demand for engineers will be high.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
