Router lost connection this is happening alot now anyone else having these issues?

Yes. Ive had more issues and drop outs recently than ever before. I am actually starting to get really irritated by it now. And the info and communication from Sky when things do go wrong is awful.

When there are any broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided.

So basically I need a new Internet provider 🤣 I work online, on nights. Advance warning I could work with, random drop outs, I cannot. Thanks for the info.

It's worth adding that Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic service and whilst Sky are apparently fine with its customers working from home using it for this purpose they won't receive additional or quicker support. You may wish to consider a business subscription but costing considerably more.
