You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

On and off for the last few months the broadband has been playing up. It seems to happen more in the evenings. The power is green, the internet and voice are orange (internet sometimes flashes) and the WiFi goes off, then green, then off again. We tune it off and on again as advised but it doesn't reset it to work. It will come back on eventually but the issues will happen again a day or two later. Each time we have checked on the app and it says all connections are good. Please can someone advise?

Hi. Did all the checks this morning and it started working. Now it's gone again. Tried doing the diagnostics and it's saying 'access denied'. Going to contact sky and get it sorted because it's getting ridiculous. Thanks for the advice.
