Internet keeps turning off - orange light

My Internet has just started going off. I've done all the things to reset it - like unplugging it from the phone socket etc - but it goes off again after a couple of minutes. What could be causing this? Sky says there are no issues in my area and I can't see any obvious reasons as to why

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

It still shows as having no issues so im at a loss

Yes, past 2 days now my Internet keeps going off around the same time. Done the checks and apparently there are no issues in my area, performed all the reconnecting and unplugging tips but still the Internet is going on and off. Driving me mad.

Same happened to me so I called them. They were so amazing! Look up SKY customer services. It's an 0333 number
