Its been a while now where im constantly having WiFi problems I have reported few times and been told engineer is coming out to look at it but never have we had someone come to check it. Seem to be when Bill is due your quickly taking the money but when I have a problem, nobody wants to know. Im asking for a refund on this month's bill as its been a continuous problem, I also work from home so need Internet to be working everyday. Regards brent

@Brent85
You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

What have Sky said when you've called them about this? Automatic compensation is only for full loss of broadband or Talk services.

It's worth adding that Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic service and whilst Sky are fine with its customers working from home using it for this purpose they won't receive additional or quicker support.

Please have another read of my reply last month particularly that we are customers here like you and you subscribe to a domestic service. There's no need for another thread. Your second post today has been moved into this one.
