Hi,

We recently joined sky broadband (switch on date 30 June) with our guaranteed speed of 900MB. The app says it is always above that speed but the Wi-Fi speed across the house is terrible. In the same room the highest speed I get is 700 MB and upstairs (it's a small 4 bed house) this drops to 300MB and sometimes 150MB. I would expect some drop off for distance but that is not acceptable.
This is on top of our router not being shipped on time so I want to get this resolved within our cooling off period so I can decide whether I need to cancel my subscription.

kind regards,

josh
