topic BB - WiFi Bad long Distance. in Broadband

Hello,

I am writing to earnestly request a resolution to the Wi-Fi signal issues at my home, which have been poor for several years now.

I recently upgraded to a plan offering a stronger Wi-Fi signal and received a new BB modem; however, it performs just like the previous one, yet I am paying significantly more for it.

I have not yet returned the old BB device and am awaiting further instructions on how to do so.

I received a call from SKY today making various promises, but I didn't fully understand the details; I am unsure if the caller was actually a SKY representative or if it was a phone scam.

I request a resolution and assistance regarding all the situations described above.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Diego

Many calls are indeed scams and coincidental to any actual issues.

If you now have Max Hub and the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the account then you can call to claim wireless booster 'pods'.
