My broadband has been down for several hours. Initially got message saying issues in area, and a green flashing light on router. Followed all online stuff and vis BOT. Now got red light and no help at all from sky. How can I actually call them? / mend this? Done everything they said, but their message now says their tests aren't working!!!

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

The quickest way is by dialling 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if that's still working.
