Good afternoon hope you are well

we have been having an issue with our Internet over the last couple of weeks in a sense. It keeps dropping out and disconnecting completely from our devices. The speed drop sometimes so that nothing loads at all and also quite a lot recently where I've been on video calls whoever I'm on the phone to complains that they can't hear me all that I freeze and I'm putting that down to my Internet at home it may be my phone because that is also sky but either way something is not connected right and it keeps dropping within this house. Is there something that can be investigated please because we need our Internet and our device is connected

many thanks

Laura
