If it is working normally a Sky hub produces a dualband WiFi SSID which these cheap chips can have issues connecting to. In those circumstances if you have &amp;nbsp;a white Sky hub go into the hub's advanced settings and temporarily turn off the 5GHz band. Then connect the problem devices and turn the 5GHz band back on and they shouldcremain connected.       <description>Most of my WiFi devices that require a 2.4Ghz WiFi signal have suddenly stopped connecting to my WiFi. Whilst the overall WiFi signal may appear fine...is there a problem with the 2.4Ghz signal?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4548534"&gt;@SPLASH01&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;open the My Sky app click on Broadband, then click on WiFi settings and the Advanced settings link is on the next page. You need the disable WiFi link afterca couple of warnings there are radio buttons to dissble the two bands.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
