A poor signal in certain rooms can cause this as this is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/improve-the-wi-fi-signal-to-your-devices

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

I recently signed up to Sky and I have a sky max broadband hub and ever since it's been activated my WiFi keeps dropping and disconnecting from my devices. It's getting frustrating and it's getting worse. It's been up and running for 2 weeks so I'm not impressed at all. If this keeps happening, I will be looking elsewhere for broadband
