WiFi is abominable

I have been complaining about the WIFI SIGNAL IN MY HOUSE FOR AT LEAST 2 months, I have had my hub replaced twice, i now have a sky max hub which was recommended by one of your advisors, it has not made any difference to the signal throughout the house. I use a medical device and it keeps loosing the signal, another of your advisors suggested that if the sky max hub doesn't work, sky should send out a booster to increase the signal throughout the house. Maybe it is time for this to happen before I switch suppliers

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
