      <description>&lt;P&gt;As others seem to be experiencing up and down the country, no internet in Reading... running the diagnostic test, it says 'no known issues' before flagging an error with my broadband. Sky ought to be getting on this and posting an update because it seems to be affecting an awful lot of their customers...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
