WiFi dropping out constantly

The Internet is dropping out constant throughout the last few days. App says there's no issue but I'm looking at an orange light or non at all. App says there's an issue woth my sky glass TV but it really does seem the other way around. Done everything it says to on the app bit still no joy. Had an engineer out 2 weeks ago and there was a speed issue which he said he would fix remotely. Worked for a bit now the same issue again. Its getting really frustrating.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

This does not work. It says no faults when I run the check but before I run it it says there's an issue, let's fix it. Then says all is running fine even though I'm literally looking at orange lights and a blue screen. Ridiculous.
