    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I currently pay a premium for the 500 MB broadband yet it has been choppy and unreliable on so many occasions which isn't what I expect for this level of product. I've had it happen to me during several video conference meetings and right now, I'm unable to stream the football on ITVX due to the network issue. Please can somebody tell me my options as the service is not at the required level.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
