&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've no internet. You're checker says everything is fine but internet has stopped working on my laptop my phones and my boxes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;BT Openreach were apparently out in the area last week so I knew problems would be coming. Need internet to work so a speedy response on the problem would be amazing please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks. K&lt;/P&gt;</description>
