topic Nothing working in Broadband

My Ethernet connection to my laptop has stopped working, my tv won't connect via Ethernet either, WiFi keeps dropping out and yet all the sky checks say everything is fine. Speed test ok and no issue in the area, the hub light is white as it should be but nothing working. Have tried all the sky suggestions and even a new puck but still nothing. Can't work from home or watch tv, can't find anyone at sky to help as everything says it's ok - but it's not!. What can I do ?

Hi @DebFen

If ethernet has stopped working this suggests a higher level issue. Are you testing direct ethernet or through something like power line, wall plates etc.
