If the lines is dropping more thsn 10 times a dsy or has been drooping for more than 2 weeks the online service checker or Sky staff should be able to book an Openreach engineer to check the line. However due to the extreme weather these faults are very common so that check may be delayed. However the system managing your line should stabilise the connection but that takes a few days and the return to more normal teperatures might sort the issue as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Connection dropping every few minutes on phone and tv. Red light appearing then resets itself. Have done all the checks and resets. Can't watch anything on tv as stops every time after a few minutes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
