@Vh18 the issue is almost certainly with your broadband connection not the WiFi in your home. The online service checker takes up to an hour to pick up a lost connection . The number of issues has increased greatly over the last few days largely caused by the very high temperaturs and not totally suprisingly the thunder storms. If your line is still down this morning and the service checker is not either telling you Sky are aware of the issue or offering to take you through some tests before offering to book an engineer then call Sky. However dont be surpirised if the lines are busy and enginerring appointmentsxare delayed as you are by no means alone.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

If it finds nothing and it is still the same in an hour, try this test again.

I'm having the same issue. The tests say no issue but the router is flashing green.

That article doesn't help fix the issue though? It means there's something stopping the router from gaining WiFi connection, there is no actual way to get help with these issues that are constantly happening, but daft how I have tested my broadband 29 times and it still says there is no issues and the last check was 37 minutes ago, it's a ridiculous system that takes you round in loops and doesn't offer any genuine help
