&lt;P&gt;As the checker has found no issues in your area try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>WiFi not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done all of the steps recommended and I am still having connectivity issues. The internet is dropping out and will not stay connected . I have a sky TV so I am unable to watch TV as well as use the internet services. I have used the sky checker and it isn't saying there are no issues but the router is amber lights.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
