topic Broadband down again! in Broadband

My broadband connection is down again! This is the third day in a row now. The first day the automated phone system managed to reconnect it. Yesterday, the second day, Sky kept telling me it was fine until I managed to speak to a person who advised they couldn't do anything and booked in an engineer visit for this morning. My broadband reconnected later that evening. This morning the engineer turned up, checked everything and said it's all fine and left. And now it's down again! I've been a Sky customer for years and never had this problem. What makes it even more frustrating is I own a Glass TV so that's down as well. I'm an unhappy customer right now

@mattblak

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

@mattblak
Its always worth rechecking it as the Service Checker doesn’t necessarily disclose a problem immediately and there is up to an hours delay before it picks up a lost connection so we tend to advise trying it again later.

If you're still having problems you may need to report it to Sky. The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working.
