    <description>&lt;P&gt;Keep getting disconnected and have run tests and switch everything off and restarted it works for a short time then happens again . Now it says connected to wireless network but not to internet. Has been happening for past 2/3 hours but all checks coming back normal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4716220"&gt;@Kat_23&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the recent hot weather has caused an increase in faults. The systems managing the connection should be trying to stabilise your connection but thst takes time (up to 10mdays) but if it is being caused by the heat it may sort itself as temperatures drop.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It only becomes a fault if the drops get to 10 or more a day or the automatic systems cannot stabikise the system without dropping speeds to low. Unfortunately there is little Sky can do as it is Openreach who are setting to rules.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
