Click the link below to see all of your open orders."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And the chatbot wont put me through to a real human to help me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you access your open orders page?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're only other customers here I'm afraid, you'll need to phone or chat with Sky directly. Have a look at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;usually saying nothing puts you through to an agent, I've always found the online chats very good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
