&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I reside in the Glasgow area, specifically the G12 postcode, and every night for the past 5 nights our WiFi has stopped working at around 2000hours until the following morning. This has been flagged to sky however no assistance has been given whatsoever, can anyone advise if this is a wider known issue and if they have any recommendations as to how to flag this issue properly with sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
