Regarding your broadband order does anything appear here for you:

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

Have you activated the eSIM because of you have it is at this point that the 12 month contract starts so if you do not want this then call Sky on 150 as soon as possible to see if they will let you cancel it.

Contract

Anyone give me a number that an actual human speaks to you I recently ordered so I thought bought broadband from Sky and I was sure it was meant to be getting fitted today but I have had no correspondence confirming this. I need to actually know if sky has me down as a customer and to check this and tell me what is going on. All I seem to have is an esim that they told me I needed to get to get the broadband as well but this was just some check or something and was told don't use the ESIM and it would be automatically cancelled in a month but it looks like they have it on a 12 month contract according to the sky mobile app I have. So again can someone point me in the direction of speaking to an agent online tomcheck all this thx

That should raise suspicions: there's absolutely no requirement to take any form of SIM or mobile contract with Sky to get fixed-line broadband.
