when i rung sky before i knew it was a line fault, they sent me a replacement white hub and booster. I have fitted this and it works, however i had a wired extension into my mancave with another sky router that was compatible with the old router however it isnt compatible with the new router - so i placed the booster in there wired - it works but not as good as the old set up. any ideas - will sky replace the secondary router do you think?

@Acorn1 if the lights on the hub show that the hub is restarting on its own then it is likely to be faulty and need replacing give Sky a call. However if the lights show its the connection that is dropping it is likely to be a line fault rather than a hub issue, https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
