I have a new Sky max router. It connects well to the nwtqork with an ethernet connection from the router to my PC. Speeds >700Mb/s. It seems to connect well to my ipad and my wife's iphone. My iphone is unstable. I have tries:

Forgetting the Router and then reconnecting. Checking for local Routers (There is a fairly strong sky router next door) but it is on different channels to me. Packetstats says that I have a bad stability with a ping of 29.4ms. What's left?

@Slatterri a lot depends on the layout of your home and the way its built. Check the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surface well away from other electronic kit. You could buy a longer Ethernet cable to link the hub to the ONT if thst helps

After that you may require WiFi extenders which Sky can supply if you subscribe to their WiFi Max bundle.
