No Internet connection

My WiFi isn't working, the internet light is off and my devices although connected to the WiFi aren't working as the internet light is off on the broadband. I've reset it but it still won't come back on

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
