Broadband down again.

Broadband down again. We believe it's heat related as is on hot days around same time and comes back in evening. Engineer was out this morning to ckeckbas lost it on Friday as well. I explained possible heat but he was hear around lunch. Connection box on wall outside faces East and is in direct sun all afternoon. Please can this be looked into with some urgency as I often work from home. I am available at home late Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday this week.

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

You can't arrange an engineer here.

It's worth adding that Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic service and whilst Sky are fine with its customers working from home using it for this purpose they won't receive additional or quicker support.

Personally I'd be tempted to rig up a shade/reflector with a cardboard box and aluminium foil.
