@Teresa109 given this is your first post you cannot have been using the escalation chat which the forum superusers can connect posters to. Either use the same chat link you used before and start a new session once you have gone through the security questions the agent should be able to pick up the old session. Saving time.

If you explain your issue in a post and it is clear you need Sky's help one of the forum superusers can escalate your post to the forum team who use a separate system
