topic Weak ring doorbell connection in Broadband

I need some help as I am completely useless with anything technical. I have bought a ring doorbell and realised the connection was very weak. I have now bought a WI-Fi booster and the signal is still very weak. I only live in a 1 bed flat so it shouldn't be that bad. I have tried to log into the Gateway to change the channel on the router but despite using several different browsers it tells me the password is wrong when it isn't. I have tried turning the router on and off and done the same with the ring doorbell and nothing will boost the signal. Any simplified ideas, gratefully accepted!

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.

Your login password will probably be your Wifi password that is printed on the broadband hub itself.
