      <description>&lt;P&gt;The broadband have no light show. When you connect on a mobile the name of the hub doesn't show too. Hub is showing as offline when I look at show my device on sky app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so you'll have an ONT (small white box) on the inside of your house that the hub plugs into (there are various makes, so look for the correct one in the pictures).
