Broadband suddenly won't connect to sky box on TV. Other apps through the TV work on the internet. But no channels through the sky box will work. It says there is no WiFi but there is. Please can you assist.

I have unplugged the cables, the box and the router and run tests via your website but nothing is working.

We are having the exact same problem today. Our service checker says there is a TV streaming error. We have tried all the SKY help, but still can't get any TV via SKY.

Our router and WiFi are working. Our 'devices connected' only shows our phones, no TVs.

Would also appreciate some help.
