When it next drops out have a look at the lights on your broadband hub to see if any go out, change colour or flash and go through this if they do change:

@Wyncliffegrant linedroos can ve caused by multiple different things. However if you haveca partial fibre service one common cause is noise on the line. The automatic line management systems in the fibre cabik=net should stabilise the line but it can take aweek or more to do so.Openreach rarely intervene until that system reaches its limits.
