      <description>&lt;P&gt;Open reach came to reconnect our sky after our recent move.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have several concerns.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;usually when ever we have moved in the passed we have been provided with new equipment and have then sent back the old. This was not the case this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We cannot get any to channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
